Since its founding in 1964, Saint Aloysius Parish has grown to more than 5000 families. The Elementary School has a healthy enrollment of over 300 students and Religious Education has an enrollment more than 1800 students. Throughout the years, many parish societies and organizations have sprung up from the community, making our parish active and vibrant.
Welcome
Welcome to the St. Aloysius Youth Ministry page! I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and share a little bit about our ministry with you.
My name is Joey Tun and I serve as the Director of Youth Ministry for middle school and high school teens. I feel incredibly blessed and excited to be the “Youth Minister” here at St. Aloysius Parish. I have been serving in this Youth ministry since January 2013. Leading our summer mission trip, parish annual Easter egg hunt, youth ministry retreats, as well as our weekly youth ministry meetings and all youth ministry events.
We offer many opportunities for teens to build community, grow in faith, get connected to parish life, participate in service, and learn more about our Catholic identity. Our youth ministry provides a safe, welcoming place for your child to have fun and have faith!
It’s been so rewarding getting to know the community of Saint Aloysius by working together as we serve others.
Thank you to many of the wonderful parishioners and parish staff members here and also to the parents and the teens of our youth ministry for making me feel that Saint Aloysius is my home. I am looking forward to continue serving this parish through our teens to the best of my abilities.
Thank you and God Bless
Joey Tun
